Are there still any "broken" parts? Like putuo/svir/etc from ACV?

ACVD servers are going down after over a decade (game was released September 2013).


"Armored Core: Verdict Day PS3 and Xbox 360 servers will shut down on March 31st, 2024 at 5:00 PDT | 14:00 CEST | 21:00 JST.
After this date, AC:VD will continue to be playable offline.

"As of Sunday 31st March 2024, online services for ARMORED CORE VERDICT DAY (PS3, Xbox 360) will be terminated due to deterioration of the game servers.

The following features will become unavailable once online services have been terminated:

World Mode

Mercenary features

Territory Customisation

Ranking

Team Menus

Other features tied to online elements

Trophies/Achievements linked to online elements will become unobtainable, and “Soldier Model” DLC will also become unavailable.

Please note that Story Missions will still be available to play offline.

Posting this for any future players who attempt to play ACVD.



Notice for Armored Core: Verdict Day on PS3/360. As of May 14th 2024, PVP via P2P for Playstation 3 is no longer available and the unavailability of Patch 1.03 (1.07 for Japan) for both consoles. Free Battle is still technically available on X360 side but is stuck on 1.00 (no patches).



-Armored Core: Verdict Day servers closed on March 31st 2024, but PVP Free Battle was still possible via P2P as long as players were logged into PSN.



-Attempting to boot the game will revert it back to 1.00, and the Free Battle menu will be greyed out for PS3 players.



-on May 14th, patches no longer applied when booting up the game. This meant that when players booted up ACVD, even if they were logged into PSN they could not access Free Battle (which does not require servers).



-Patch 1.03 (Patch 1.07 for Japan) was also no longer available meaning players would be playing the game with stats from launch



-We suspect part of the issue arises from the fact that ACVD did not get EoL patches like ACV did, which included the patch data so players could still PVP via P2P even after the servers closed.



-Armored Core Legacy has reached out to Bandai Namco (who pinged From Software) and have indicated that the behavior experienced "is as expected based on the ways the separate consoles handle server closures on their respective platforms."



-Armored Core Legacy also reached out to members of the JP community who reached out to FromSoftware directly and received a similar response.



-Oddly enough, the X360 side is not affected and can still do PVP Free Battle via P2P but are stuck on 1.00. It is unknown how long it will stay available.
