I like it. You should make an AC based on this (Overthrust) and name it Breakthrough.

I don't know what CQC handset best fits this because I want this to abuse OB for rushing and dealing consistent and insane DPS... and possibly get behind to land free showers using the legs' amazing turning speed. It is also designed to withstand both Shell and EN ammo with almost equal reductions.
Key stats - 1467 Turning Speed and 1755/2051 DEF ratings.
