I'm coming close to being able to play psx AC games on my phone. The problem is the controller. I can't get the bluetooth address from my phone to be able to pair it with the ps3 controller. Seems like I have to "root" the phone but I'm not sure if it's a good Idea. The game is barely playable with the on screen buttons(worse than the psp imo).
Has anyone attempted anything like this?

Which Android are you using? Yeah, you'll have to root.

Apparently, you'll need to install some app and do some USB pairing, aside from a few other hurdles.

I'm using the galaxy note N7000B. Im using fpse for the emulator and sixaxis for the controller.
The phone was already heating up after several minutes of playing

I'm considering third party game pads but if they require rooting then I'd rather stick with the ps3.
