Showed this to Nix already, but I believe this is currently one of the most fashionable trends in the Philippines today.

Article: "How I Upgraded My Style for $1000"
http://www.esquire.com/blogs/mens-fashio...drobe-1211 It's a good read, basically espousing a return to basics if your current wardrobe is a disaster.
Stocking up on basics is easy. It's getting properly fitting basics that's always the challenge.
I recommend that you kids head over to Landmark and look up this brand called "Zanetti" and basically buy their whole range of flat-front slim/super-slim chinos. Well not the whole range, but at least navy blue, gray, olive green, khaki, and brown. 700-something a pair. edit: Bench also has some nice chinos and cotton dress pants in navy blue, gray, olive, and khaki, but you'll have to be willing to sift through the crap. I've gotten several pairs on sale at only 300 each.
