Just wasted 8 hours of waiting.. Malas talaga! kung kelan ako nag pa check-up dun din may medical exams ung mga taga pharmacy 
usually 5 minutes lang ung pila sa health service.. ung kanina 1 hour.. aagh~! =_=

Whatever weight you can do 10 min reps, 12 max reps with is the right weight for you. As soon as you can do 13 reps, up weight.

Ako din. Mine's for over 2 weeks and it's difficult to open my jaw for the first week, it's getting better now, but based on what happened to me before (first time this happened to me was with the left side of my jaw, the one below the ear, this time it's on the right side) It takes time to recover. It happened to me because I was coughing real hard eversince after the new year. I probably forced my jaw open too much...
If this didn't happen to you, you should go check with a doctor.

You've already seen what happens to people if ever they're caught saying something fabulously wrong in this place. That's a lot of incentive to watch your words here. 
Rant - feth, training's done and we're getting deployed today. I just dunno what to make of this 1pm-10pm schedule i've been assigned to. On one hand, it's far earlier than all the other timeslots i've tried before. On the other hand, it's also late enough that it constitutes me staying up pretty late most of the time.
Not that i ever go to sleep early anyway.
