No bullshit there. Been doing this with friends since high school. Really cool party trick. No idea how it works though.

Theory! The second time around, the person's muscles aren't tensed up anymore, which is why the body naturally goes into a position which is easier to lift up.

I already read the explanation somewhere.

It's a combination of a lot of things, but it said that the key thing to this is timing.

But still really fun to do. Happy
