Oh man, it burns, it burns!!!

At least it was only the first few pics that were terrifying, the rest were just plain weird.

Maraming salamat sa pagbati. Nuong linggo pu yun.

Lola: Sa tingin mo ba madami yung sahog?
Me: Ok na sya.
Lola: Mukhang madami eh. Dagdagan mo nga yung pansit.
Me: Tatabang.
Lola: Hindi tatabang yan.
Me: Walang sisihan ha. *Nagdagdag ng pancit
Lola: Lahatin mo na.
Me: -_-

After cooking and giving a few plates to the tenants...
Lola: Parang matabang yata atsaka wala akong makitang sahog. Jobet ano ba ginawa mo?!

My first time to cook pancit bihon. And it failed. The menudo was good though.

Reminds me of the first time i made spaghetti for my folks, too many noodles, lots of sauce but not enough meat. That was before i was able to come up with the sauce that has a "flaming" personality.

Not just flaming, It's also a traitor. Hot sauce has the same color as ketchup and tomato sauce and blood.
Hence, it's ok to lose a finger over a pot of hot spaghetti sauce.

Hmmm, i dunno. I do get wounded usually when working on models but AFAIK, i've never hurt myself in the kitchen.

I remember accidentally cutting my fingers peeling some fruit on a beach before but that's the closest i've come to a culinary bloodbath.
