whenever i start to boot the Japanese version of AC3, it will state an error that it cannot be RUN!!, so i surfed the net for some answers and related errors, it says that we need to upgrade to a 5.50 CFW, but there are no 5.50 CFW as of now, so we'll have to wait until release....
 is this true?

You need the official Sony 5.55 Japanese firmware installed or else you won't be able to run the game at all. CFW 5.50 will not run the game as well.
