Get the english patch from http://www.frontmission.info . It isn't totally done, but translates anything important in the game.

Just bought Silent Hill Home Comming, Dead Space(Horror fest), Unlimited Undiscovery, Tales of Vesperia(RPG love), Gears Of War 2(!) and Fracture for the XB360 for 900 PHP... Man If I bought all this for the PS3 I'd better off getteing another space worthy PC.
