Lol, I just learned that playing against AIs isn't a bad idea. It doesn't make me weak, instead it adds more confidence because at times, playing against humans too much(and losing too much) makes you think you're the weakest.... That's why AIs are there to make you think you're not the weakest thus gives you more confidence and makes you calm when fighting against humans again

The more you say that you are old, the more it will influence your thinking.
In other words, don't say that you are old.
Just saying...
Jade: Ah, the scent of love is in the air.
Luke & Tear: Love?!
Mieu: I don't smell anything. What's it smell like? Apple gels?
Jade: More like a certain young religious leader.

Uy Adrian galing galing ako sa annual convention ng Philippine Psychiatric Association sa EDSA Shangrila. In fairness nakakawili din maging doctor kapag ganun hahah. Daming (low quality) freebies tsaka sarap din ng food at venue all thanks to the (bribery) generosity of the pharmaceuticals. Yes alam kong hindi naman puro ganun lang ang pagiging doctor, pero nawili lang ako kahit papaano. Hahah. I'm going back tomorrow for day 3.

Haha, good times. Still remember that, but I saw it on TV in the early 90's and not during its premier in the late 80's. Still, I'm not getting any younger )
Oh and Nix, I read the program of that convention you just went to, and there was a Badminton Tournament included? (it was listed in the program schedule of their website) Did you join?
Oh, and Happy Birthday to one of our more active new members Kai Garuda!

as I said dude, don't go in for the wrong reasons. But then again, It's those simple little perks that gives us the much needed boost in morale.
I may sound bitter and embattled, but thats how it is. If you really do decide to sell your soul.. ( este... become a doctor ). I'll help you in any way I can.
The best sponsored experience I had is a 2 day 1 night outing somewhere in batangas. this is apart from the hotel stays, the dinner conferences and tons of med rep freebies. the best freebie I got was a flash disk. pwede na.
When you get to be a consultant, med reps treat you like a god... they can even send you abroad (you and your family), all expenses paid.
other hidden perks I can think off....
I'm MMDA proof
that's about it....

Haha those are nice perks Doc. But yeah, I guess even if you have all the money and perks in the world it all really comes down to whether you're enjoying what you're doing or not, cuz in the end that's what'll decide if you stay. I'm not even ankle-deep in the professional world and I can already say this with some certainty... I can see some friends of mine thinking of shifting courses this late in the running.
Oh, and a happy birthday to Kai Garuda. Hope you have a good one today dude.
