I saw the vids from Cacophanus dashing around, lol

I think you'll have to keep dashing so you don't get fcked up by the water.

i think you have to destroy all the particular enemies highlighted during the mission briefing. if not, then destroy all enemies. i forget since i haven't played that one in a while.

Quote:Veilside,Help!!!what the heck is KP en?
KP is Kojima Particles. you'll notice that you have two different energy bars - the thinner top one and the thicker bottom one. the top one is your regular energy which is spent by boosting and quick boosting. the bottom one is KP energy which is spent by overboost and your Primal Armor (PA) when you get hit.

Quote:what's with so many boosters?
you have 4 types of boosters to choose from:
standard which helps with forward and vertical movement.
back, which helps with backwards movement.
side, which helps with side to side movement.
and of course overboost.

Quote:Andwhy is it that one moment im hovering at the water then the next i drown!?
if you don't have the Auto-boost function on (which i recommend you keep off), you have to manually keep your boosters on while moving over water or else you will sink because your boosters are off.

Quote:and what's with the force field breaking?
your KP meter (the thick one) is reduced whenever you get hit or whenever you use OB. when the meter is totally depleted, your forcefield will be broken and you can no longer OB until the bar regenerates.

Quote:and why is that the boosters only spits smoke? Shock
the exhaust from all the boosters is white. the boosters no longer have different colors.

Quote:i get it,the boosters must be always on,dam, the En level never goes down till you boost hop or fly or quick boost, you can dash all you want since it's for free Big grin
yep. so long as you don't quick boost or boost vertically, energy won't be depleted. actually, it should REGENERATE while you boost normally along the ground. if your AC is energy efficient enough, your standard energy won't be depleted even while boosting vertically.

Quote:Oh yeah,I forgot to ask,Veilside,how do i drop weapons?
press [right weapon change] + [left weapon change] + [fire button of weapon you want to drop] all at the same time.

ACO dudes once said that AC4 doesn't have replays, so which means you'll have to record your matches via live action instead of just saving the replays like ACLR.

Quote:how do you replay a certain VS battle?
yeah... unfortunately, there is no match replay feature this time around. sorry.

Quote:and what are this 2 Ens? in the Generator's stats, there is KP and weight, and 2 ENs which i don't understand
Energy refresh speed, Maximum energy capacity, and KP refresh speed. Total KP is determined by what frame parts you equip.

Quote:Oh dang....well maybe i need to update it for new features Shifty
it should just update by itself. it takes a few minutes and you'll have to reset the PS3 when it is done installing.

Quote:Oh yeah,I forgot to ask,@veilsidewhat GENE are you using???
my favorite generator right now is the MAXWELL, but it all just depends on what your setup is and what you're trying to do with it. make sure to try to beat the 1p game because you are awarded more tuning points per mission you accomplish. there is a total of 300 tuning points you can use, if i recall correctly. these make a huge difference, especially if you're trying to fight vs battles online.

Quote:and how do stabilizers work?
i'm not 100% sure. but from what i gather, aside from making your AC look pimp, you can use these to maximize stability for landing, taking hits, etc. if you look at the diamond chart in the stabilizer menu, you'll notice two diamonds: a smaller pink one inside a larger yellow one (or is it the other way around?). anyway, the small diamond shows your stability prior to equipping stabilizers. the large diamond shows your stability after stabilizers are quipped. if the diamond seems larger towards the right, that means you'll have more stability if you are hit on the right side as opposed to getting hit on the left side. the white dot is your center of gravity. if it is more towards the back, you will boost faster backwards than you would going forwards. usually, higher stability towards a certain direction means that your center of gravity is tipping towards that direction too. overall, you'll want as much stability as you possibly can without messing up your center of gravity too much and getting as close to a (0, 0) on the chart as you can. personally, i think that more stability has a higher priority compared to where the center of gravity is so don't stress too much if you don't have perfect (0, 0) center of gravity. it's always a good idea to check out your stability screen whenever you equip a new part or change your design in general.
