Just tried TP+Lotus0100+Linden 0010 Combo...
Works much better than before at maintaining the heat...
Though it's slightly heavier than my usual combo, it actually works great on this design...

I'm sure everybody's wondering why 2 Wraiths on the hangers and LB3's exposed?
LB3's a scare weapon...
Let's see them come up at you at melee range...
Then strip and show 'em cute Wraiths when their AP's lower than 15%...
Much better than chasing with blades and winning by time-out...
I don't like that happening to me...

The F2D2 FCS is there under my preference...
I'm having no problems with the lock-on due to Nionizel's -ahem- TP based speed...

So yeah...
It's overweight, but managable...
Sticking with the TP/V2+Lotus+Linden Combo on this design...

Looks like Nionizel's making a little fuss at ACO...

A really strange (and original) core.
Here are my two cents. First, switch the sword to the hangar and put the WRAITH out, it doesn't make sense the way it is.
Second, I would go with MACAQUE arms, you have plenty of energy and cooling to spare and some extra accuracy, blade handling & defense won't hurt.
Third: take out the MEDUSAs from the core. You are a speed demon, do you think missiles will ever hurt you?&nbsp;
Fourth: tune the R92 a bit to en consumption. It already cools down a lot and the extra energy will help you boosting more with the TPs.

Other than that, this frame looks cool (I love black-yellow schemes!) and looks like a painful nail in battle.

The frame and weapons are good but the BGR and FCS needs work so try TP/G91/Ananda for the BGR and F73H for an FCS.

Monju on the FCS, better range than the F-73H if im not mistaken, and a comparible box.

Just by looking at it I think I can make a few pretty good suggestions.

With the tunings on the TP, you would probably be better off tuning weight rather than power, in this case I could be wrong.

I personally don't think you really need the decoys, as this is a fast core anyway you should have sufficient dodging capabilities.

I would agree on an FCS change, there are plenty of other better choices, F73H and MONJU having already been mentioned.

I also agree that you should switch the left arm weapons around, with WRAITH out front so that you can drop it when it runs out, and have the blade left over as long as you please.

Finally, I would trade the ORGANELLE and HISTON optionals for CODON.

No you're right auto, weight does surprisingly more on TP than power (probably because it's high enough lol)

Kongoh/TP is ill advised IMO, TP drains a lot and Kongoh doesn't have the cap to keep up (unless you just bunny hop, but this doesn't look like a "hopper" AC), so yeah go with G91/Ananda/Vulture 2 or if you want originality try G01/R92/Gull, or Lotus/Ananda/Gull (if EN permits)

Yeah F73H is the best and probably only option IMO with the weapons you have, make the swap, ND FCS+Special lock+WS lock=dead. Monju might work, but that depends on the range you engage the target.

Put LB3 in the pocket, and Wraith up front, that way you have an infinite attack weapon in reserve.

I might try RM for extensions, preference.

I might try a laser rifle like Shade or 98L, but again a preference thing.

If you change the gen to one of the recommended ones, swap EC for Codon.

TP or V2 + Lotus 0100 + Linden 0010...

I can't use the Macaque...
Another AC in the same file's already using the armset...

The Medusa is there for unavoidable missiles...
By that I mean those missiles from extensions...
Not all missiles can be avoided that easily, so that's why I placed a Medusa...
Another reason is, it sould become too fast without them...
Like a speed limiter...

I'm thinking of substituting a Syamana for the Medusa, but it's too heavy...

Why the 2 hangered Wraiths?
It's much better to chase your opponent with 15%AP and win by taking making them go BOOM! than winning by time out...

LB3 is a powerful blade...
It -in one way- prevents opponents from coming too close...
Specially if you're an agressive counter blader...

Since they're maintaining their distance, you can shoot them down with either the Satyros or the RL...
I recommend spam stripping the Satyros to gain speed...

The F2D2 is there by preference...
Besides, I need the range...
And I'm not having any problems with locking on since i'm already fast enough...

Not to be rude but what do you mean exactly? Do you mean that since the other AC has it you don't want to use it for originality.

You don't need F82D2.... sure it has very long range but if you plan on firing anything on that range specially RL your not going to hit anything and what if your enemy does get close then you cant use RL effectively just relying on LB3 is not good. Monjus your best bet for me atleast.

I never said to get rid of the Wraith, just swap the positions of LB3 and Wraith. It's more advantageous, trust me.

I'm gonna guess that the designs are tune specific or something, and that the tunes would need to be changed or something for this design (I say this because I loathe changing tunes for two ACs with the same profile). Either that or maybe it's a misunderstanding of the game, I dunno. You are allowed to use the same part more than once though, or is there another factor?

I too wouldn't mind hearing this, if nothing else but to better aid your designs in the future.

SILKY FTL!

Don't use SILKY, it doesn't perform well enough to make it's weight and drain worth equipping. You're better-off using the SHADE, SHADE2, or HOLLOW. Really, SILKY just doesn't have the power, range, and accuracy you need to win a competitive match with.

Also, the amount of energy it drains just to fire is huge, so you'd need the PHAGE optional part to use extended bursts without busting your generator a hundred times over. PHAGE also takes 4 optional slots, mind you. Those slots could be better used for AMINO, O69ES, O69SS, KISSYOH, O7SLA, L+, CODON, PRIMER, R+, and MARISHI.

Not to say it's not possible, but even if you DID find a way to incorporate the SILKY effectively into a design, the sheer lack of any solid performance from the thing just won't be strong enough to move an AC out of the 'for-fun' category.

It's like using the PYTHON, it just doesn't work-out in the end.

Would Asmodeus happen to be that OB design that you used against EJ?

I recall seeing a video of it, and the SILKY didn't do the design any justice. Not enough damage output for the demand of weight and energy it requires.

SILKY only works as a complimentary weapon anyways, so there's no way you could effectively center an AC around it. I mean, it's like making a design around a DRAGON instead of a KARASAW, it just doesn't pay-off.

I'll be playing AC:LR via Kai later-on today (the rust is gradually being polished off), so let's see how Asmodeus will do despite the massive input delay.

[P.S.] I've been winning the majority of my matches on Kai. Seems everyone is coming back to it for whatever reason, and there are a few newcomers to AC:LR on Kai as well, so I think it's a good sign.

Lol nah. I never ran a silky design against EJ, and if I did I'd be crazy as hell to do it(It's like trying to pop Dacapn with GLL, its not happenin').

Actually, it's the only setup useable in the variant...

I abandoned the Silky2 idea...
