Well, I guess this is the first AC I've posted over here. I'm sure it's not the most orginal design, but I was shooting for functionality and something that fits my play style more or less.

Pilot Name: Cerulean
AC Name: Legend

Head: CR-YH70S2 (0/0/1/9/0)
Core: CR-C75U2 hanger (0/0/0/10/0)
Arms: A11-MACAQUE (0/0/0/10/0)
Legs: LH09-COUGAR2 (0/0/0/10/0)

Booster: B03-VULTURE2 (0/7/3/0)
FCS: CR-F73H
Generator: G01-LOTUS (0/10/0)
Radiator: R01-HAZEL (0/0/10)
Inside: NONE

Extension: CR-E92RM3 RELATION MISSILE
Back Unit R: WB01M-NYMPHE SMALL MISSILE
Back Unit L: CR-WB69RA RADAR
Arm Unit R: CR-WR93RL LINER RIFLE
Arm Unit L: CR-YWH05R3 RIFLE
Arm Unit R Hanger: CR-WH69H HANDGUN
Arm Unit L Hanger: CR-WH69H HANDGUN

Optionals: O01-ANIMO, CR-O69ES, CR-O69SS, CR-O75LA, CR-O79L+, O03-CODON, CR-O86R+

I think a couple of people over here have already seen the build on GameFAQs, but I figured I could get a few more opinions seeing as how I can at least tell when people are active. I usually start off the match shooting the Nymphe missiles until I get within range where my RL and R3 rifle can hit. Nothing to complex for a simple design. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated along with ways to make it more original while maintaining functionality and versatility.

Lol, you weren't kidding when you said it wasn't the most original. But if all you're gunning for is the fact that it works, then there really isn't anything more to be said here. In line with that thought, if you really want to make it all the more solid, go G91 + Vulture2 + Ananda.

I think you might want to switch to midweight arms if you can fit them though. Maybe Gibbons or A72Fs?

Finally, I think that you should change LA to Marishi. Nymphe locks quick enough on pretty much any FCS, so the added speed really isn't necessary IMO.

Cookie yes, but still solid. You can always just inject the originality on the paint scheme, hehe.

Welcome to the Republic. Smile

I see you're here now.

This is Symbolism from GameFAQ's.

You'll like Raven Republic, have fun!

Thanks for the suggestions Grim. Right now I like how the Lotus and the Hazel are working. Grade-wise I guess it's not as efficient as the G91 + Ananda, but I like the added speed that I have right now since switching the internals would lower my speed a little bit. I'm willing to give anything a try though since I don't know how it really performs until I use it.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Don't go by the grades, go by the numbers and the feel. The letters are not useful gauges for your AC, at all.

Vulture2 + Lotus works because of the low heat generated by it, but only on sufficiently low drain setups to help the refresh. Right now, Macaque and Cougar2 are your primary suspects if ever you find yourself charging during matches.

Ananda > Hazel in almost every important aspect.

However, once again, I will quote what the moderator of these forums said:
<!--QuoteBegin-NiX+--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td>QUOTE (NiX)</td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->A good AC stems from the synergy between it and the pilot rather than by the parts that are used.

if you are truly happy with your design, then there really isn't anything more that can be suggested here. Happy[/quote:fc2a88217c]
Basically, don't take it from us, see for yourself. Tongue

Outside of what has been said, I dont see much wrong with it. The incorporation of the R3 keeps the lockbox the same size as it was when you used the Griffon being they are both special lock weapons so thats all good.

I look forward to seeing how this performs.

Btw, I read the GameFAQs topic about this design, and i must say that I laughed at what was said, and Iguana/Symbolism kinda hurt my feelings with what he said lol.

I like cookies...chocolate chip ones and oatmeal and sugar xD

So far the interals seem to be working out. Right now I think the primary reason for that is the fact that I'm not using the Griffon. I don't really ration the shots I have when I'm using the Griffon, so that's probably why I had energy troubles in the first place. With the R3 rifle, I don't have to watch my EN guage as much.

I might only change the Hazel to the Ananda though just to see how that works out.

Edit: Just read the rest of Crim's reply. Thinking about food as usual, lol.

True, you never were the most proficient one at using the Griffon. I still chuckle when I think of when you ran out of Griffon shots and I still had 8 shots (16 rounds) left lol.

The R3 should be a good fit for you.

i encourage you to try the dingo1. the durability, low equip, and low moving drain should offset the decline in def stats.

i know that everything breaks down at some point, but at least the dingo1 would last to the point where you really need it the most (when you go under less than 50%-30% ap).

I could try the DINGO legs, but I aleady have them on another AC at the moment in my garage. I try to use different AP parts and weapons on my AC's since my designs are already bland as it is. At least that way I'm forced to think of ways to incorporate other parts and still make it work. Thanks for the input though.

Anyone else?

Thanks. It's nice to get a compliment every once and a while. It's the core I like to use on my flagship model almost all the time because if it's got one thing going for it, it's balance. The light weight and the low energy drain also makes it good.

Does anyone else have any suggestions? I really appreciate all the feedback that I'm getting.
