the loud charge-up sound of the ladon practically signals your opponent that a beam of bright green light is about to be unleashed.

not only that,the LADON2 can also trick me at sometimes.after the charge,i thought it would shoot but it hangs for a sec then fires at really high speed

I didn't really notice much of a difference between the two, but it seems that the LADON fires a bit faster than the LADON2. Although the LADON2 does have that bit of delay near the end of its firing cycle that might screw up the timing of your opponent's dodging.

Yes the LADON2 does take a little longer to fire than the LADON. However, the LADON's shot travels much faster than the LADON2...
Overall, the technique for dodging both of them is still relatively the same. Once you hear the sound, strafe towards one direction, and then shift to another direction as soon as it is shot.

Yeah, but that's not wanzer's point.  He's trying to say that the sound itself is less noticeable. Is it really?

I dunno. Maitreya has a Quad that uses the LADON2 and I play against it almost every weekend... and I can pretty much say that I still hear the loud charge-up.
Even if LADON2 is a little more quiet than LADON, that still makes it the second noisiest gun in the game (or third... dunno where PYTHON stands)... so... it still is a big enough warning to dodge it. (but don't get me wrong. dodging LADON or LADON2 is HARD. haha) |
