Rant: I have an ear infection (acute otitis media) and vertigo.
Quote:Vertigo is a type of dizziness, where there is a feeling of motion when one is stationary. The symptoms are due to a dysfunction of the vestibular system in the inner ear. It is often associated with nausea and vomiting as well as difficulties standing or walking.
Had to go to the hospital for it earlier, because I was feeling very dizzy and I knew my ear had given me problems in the past. Basically, the doctor found out that my left tympanic membrane was red, bleeding a bit, and had bubbles. It was because of a rare condition wherein mucus infects the ear through the Eustachian tube. In other words, colds went up the ear instead of out the nose.
I'm also banned from driving and going to the gym for now.
"Rave": The condition isn't bad enough that I have to cancel Rick's planned cooking thing on Sat.

Aww, man. Hope that clears up soon. That's like getting dizzy all the time . Hope it clears up before your trip next week.
Still thinking if it'll be Tacos and Taquitos or something else this Sat ). Because 850 for 8 1/3 lb Angus Beef Cheeseburgers (prepared already, just microwave) sound tempting.

More good news about cannabis. People suffering from intense vertigo and nausea due to an inner ear problem — a condition of unknown cause and limited susceptibility to conventional medical treatment called Ménière’s disease — find significant improvement from cannabis, according to California doctors.
California doctors routinely approve the use of cannabis by Meniere’s patients who say that it helps ease their symptoms. “Meniere’s causes dizziness, dizziness causes nausea, cannabis relieves nausea,” says David Bearman, MD. “I wouldn’t be surprised if the symptoms caused Mrs. Gee to be a little depressed and of course cannabis helps that, too .”Robert Sullivan, MD, corroborates: “I’ve issued many recommendations for Meneire’s, as well as tinnitus [ringing in the ears]. It works well enough to make a significant improvement in patients’ lives, i.e., symptoms not gone but much abated so they can function and carry on their daily activities, instead of sitting and suffering. It also aids sleep.”
Thing is...you have to be in Canada...Vancouver.

Speaking of which. Quotes from my doctor.
Me: Why can't I blow my nose?
Doc: Ay, sige, suminga ka lang pala para mabutas yung ear drum mo at tuluyan kang mabingi.
Me: Doc, ano 'tong acute otitis media? Siryoso ba ung kondisyon na 'to?
Doc: Basahin mo sa wikipedia. Spell ko pa para sa 'yo.. *writes it down on a paper and scribbles a drawing of an eardrum*

Bingo Link! http://www.bushka.cz/KabelikEN/otorhino.html
googled.... 'acute otitis media cannabis'
EFFECTIVENESS OF CANNABIS INDICA ON CHRONIC OTITIS MEDIALocal application of cannabis indica was experienced in 18 patients suffering from chronic otitis media, and in 4 patients after mastoidectomy. A significant improvement was noticed in 13 cases of chronic otitis. Up to the present, our experiences are of a rather short time, i.e. of three weeks only. It will be necessary to test cannabis with other more proper vehicles that would gradually liberate antibiotica on a satisfactory scale.
so yep.....cannabis definitely is a HERBAL medicine....philippines could have a HERBAL BASED HEALTH===="CARE".......
but no...
but...that's another life...with a different connection and sphere of influence...
for now....that link....
cannabis .....acute otitis media.........canadian......vancouver.....herbs....
destiny awaits...
HERBAL events unlocked....
====optional EPIC quest=======
===documentary====

Twin, we're really enjoying the articles. Witty and informative. Please keep them coming!
As for me, I arrived in New Zealand two days ago, but only really got some free time now (actually not so free, have to head down to an Aussie Barbie later), but I'm really enjoying it so far! Though it's cheesy, my cousin's wedding yesterday was fantastic. Just a small church on a green plain, a little over a hundred guests, a reception area that overlooked the sea, family, food and drinks.
Roadtrips have been epic because of the sheer amount of trees, plains, hills and mountain rockfaces that you pass. Air is nice and fresh, and there are definitely a lot of cows and sheep. I haven't had time to climb up stuff and hug the local animal life, but I fully intend to before the trip is through. Then, it's on to Australia...
