One player mentioned that tanks got a KE buff in 1.04

As for the western 1.03 I noticed some stat changes don't take effect unless you're online. Not that it matters.

That KE buff info seems to be wrong although I still haven't unlocked most of the parts(only baikal, no KE buff).
Most disappointing so far is the oxeye nerf, the ones sold in stores only has 1000-ish stun and reduced ammo count(20). The K0-3K2 seems to have gained some firing speed again.
