Ok thanks. The second link looks a lot like the style I usually do when I doodle. XD
I'll try cleaning my art next time after I get myself a mechanical pencil and see how it looks. XD Oh BTW, I can't draw jetplanes.

This is probably my last 'dirty' art in the meantime. 'have to practice for clean art.
Hah, sorry if the pen's a little darker. Used gellpens and darkened the sketch by photoshop. Ran out of ink. Also forgot to finish the weapons. Also a bit lazy finishing the wanzer. I screwed up on the arms.

Z-z-zenislev!!!
I think you overdid the coloring on the AC, lol. <!--QuoteBegin-JE+--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td>QUOTE (JE)</td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->some of kawamori's sketches i was talking about. i can see some resemblance. just clean yours a little bit, try using a mechanical pencil. <a href='http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i313/jonevangelist/sv51-p1.jpg' target='_blank'>SV-51 P1</a> <a href='http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i313/jonevangelist/sv51-p2.jpg' target='_blank'>SV-51 P2</a>[/quote:9c2aeb3983] You're right man, some of those do look like Horse's sketches. By the way, anyone know where to snag a torrent of an Armored Core: Complete Works artbook?

Sorry dude, it's a Zenislev fused with a Jinyo's body and legs . I got fcked up sketching the head though. Quote:Zenislev fused with a Jinyo's body and legs EDIT: Whoops. I actually meant a Jinyo fused with the Zenislev's arms.

Update:
Actually, there's no update. It'll take a while before I post some sketches though. My mom told me that my dog did something bad to my sketch pad in the dining room just before I went to school. EDIT: Photobucket is currently down, so I can't post another AC art. I don't like imageshack, so there. EDIT2: Oh wait. Photobucket's up. Here's the AC. Some of you might think that this thing is familiar. This is actually now the second time or perhaps my fifth AC art? There's no pen yet. I only sketched the AC with a pencil so it's a bit screwed. Darkened the sketch through photoshop.

Nice! Someone's going to be mighty pleased, lol.
Man if I had a scanner, I'd be totally willing to put up my sucky art for you all to disembowel.

Mechanical Pencils?
Faber Castell's Auto-Pencil works good, click 'til the graphite comes out and draw away... Click graphite out again after the graphite stick you're writing / drawing with runs out... Unfortunately, too much pressure may break the pencil's tip. So draw gently on this one... Avoid dropping it too... Another one is Faber Castell's standard mechanical pencil, simple but tough. Last one's Faber Castell's Side Click Pencil... The button's on the side of the pencil, right where you position your thumb... Has the same flaws as the Auto Pencil... Use a kneadable eraser when cleaning, just dab, don't smear for best results...
