like what andrew said, this is most likely your friend logging in the account on another ps3 by accident.
okay checked around, and it says here http://us.playstation.com/support/answer...m?a_id=796 you have to go "deactivcate" on of the ps3s your account is linked to.
you supposedly do that here http://www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/home. Just log in check devices and deactivate the registered ps3 devices from your account (I really don't like their wording). the instructions are here http://us.playstation.com/support/answer...?a_id=2616
Hopefully this will work, but if it does not calling customer support is what you have to do.
