Personally, I would use 69M over 72M2 on Gotterdammerung as it would be easy to exhaust the extension missiles first with the KARURA, leaving the right missile launcher for long range poking. SYLPH under PIXIE3 felt like overkill, unless you are taking on multiple ACs at once or be undergoing a very long mission (some of the AC3/SL ones come to mind), you are not going to burn through all those bullets.
There are no glaring issues with Propagation, only that the KARURA will take a while to lock on with F73H even with the optional part. You could always take R3 over GAST for a slightly larger lock box, as the HITEN is likely to be too heavy.
Melancholy is a bit squishy, and actually reminds me of Moonsalt from SL. You will probably want to drop FUNI early to gain more energy, meaning that a full lock (6) with the M2 will be undesirable as there will be 4 shots left in the FUNI by the time you are done with 9 volleys.
