This is a slight revamp of a frame that i was experimenting with, in preparation for PACTVI. The original version had the CRONUS core, DINGO2 legs and MAYFLY head. NiX suggested some changes and the core and head were swtiched. I swapped the legs much later. Tunes were suggested by Serene, who balanced both shell and energy defenses into 1.8k each.
Cooling is able to handle most attacks, except for full-on missile swarms. During practice sessions with Serene and AEA1's dual-mode units, multiple missiles plus a single energy weapon hit is enough to to fill the heat gauge with angry red lines.
The gameplan is my typical attack pattern. Exhaust missiles first from long range then swoop in and start letting loose with the handmounts, as long as the capacitor can handle it. Boost speed by then should be enough to flank most opponents.
