I think your AC is too vulnerable. The defences are pretty low for a Heavy-ish biped, it moves too slow and it demands too much energy. I suggest that you use low energy drain parts when using multiple energy weapons.
Suggestions: Most Mid-weight parts are really good for this.

And when using energy weapons, it is good to have a generator that has a fast recharge, that's why you should consider the generator's EN Output rather than it's EN cap. Having too much EN cap = Slower EN recharge.
Suggestons: G91, G84P, Magnolia, even Kongoh lol

Also it's not easy to connect your shots with the weapon setup(like you've said) since the firing interval and projectile velocity for those weapons are pretty slow.
Suggestions: Wyrm, Hollow, Shade, Griffon, WR98L, Pulse rifles.
