Bunny Hop

how do you guys bunny hop? I tried doing it but i think I'm doing it wrong since I'm getting hit alot. The way I do it is hop around mindlessly in a CoD pattern only in 1 direction and the cpu owns my ass completely.
any video explaining how to do this? or can anyone explain in details on how to do this? |
