Dungeons
You can solo PC and get the blue items and the Saphael energies from there then sell them for money in the auction.
You can also try going to CM or DT :
-Go with a friend who's bored (a healer) then split the items.
-Help a desperate group of players in exchange for the blue item drops (this works sometimes actually...)
Sprite Crafting
Bloody Roses(level 38 orange sword) are usually in Auction for around 45G to 100+G depending on the number of slots and fortification.
They're easy to sell because:
1) people are lazy to make their own
2)Bloody Roses break often and are sought after coz of their ability
3) The gap from BR to the next orange weapon is from 38 to 48
The materials for BR costs from 10G to 20G per attempt to make.
Buy ALL the materials (including the sword needed to make BR) then make them in bulk. Then sell for less that what's being sold in Auction.
Orange equipment is also easy to sell especially the head and armor piece:
Fortress Knight Helmets sell for 60G to 80G depending on the number of slots
Elite Guard Helm sells for 15G or more depending on how many are in stock in auction.
Also the PRE-Bloody rose and flaming fang swords sell easily.
Rules for market:
1)Sell cheap, sell in bulk.
2)Sell at a higher price when stocks are low.
3)Buy from an idiot, sell to an idiot
Miscellaneous
Treasure Hunting
Magic Maps and Fantasy Maps have a small chance of giving a dragon mount, that's why they're expensive in auction. Every other map, you can just auction away to an idiot. (No, srsly - there's nothing worth getting there)
You can do two things with the map...Sell it or use it
I'd rather use it since a dragon mount will be enough to pay for my legacy set XD
Besides, a treasure box/orb/whatever it is has a chance to drop a rare (and useless)treasure such as a gold bar which sells for 50G to the NPC
M Clay
There's two ways to use M clay:
-Sell it
-Use it
For selling Mclay:
Depending on what's the Praising day the price of Mclay drops and rises; if there's a dragon mount or a legacy set, the price of the clay ranges from 50G to 65G. If nothing nice in the 5th round at all, it drops to as low as 24G.
When the praising day is crap - buy mclay in bulk and wait till prices rise when a legacy set appears. Nuff said.
For using Mclay it's very simple:
-When you get something that you can use ALREADY (even just in the early rounds) KEEP IT.
-When you get something you CAN'T use but you know that it sells (Costumes, Mounts etc. etc.) KEEP IT then sell it when the praising day changes(Rule 2 of marketing)
-When you get something which is absolute crap or is hard to sell(bank keys, emoticon signs etc. etc.) ATTEMPT THE NEXT ROUND.
At least you won't feel guilty when you accidentally kill it with fire LOL
EDIT:
OMG they're all legacy sets... ;_; *has no mclays*
