Hey it's good o' Eight Ball... Well he's got the DINGO legs instead but this is pretty close. I'm assuming that you are just going to damage race the opponent with the combination of SHADE, R3, and EOs.
With that frame you should be able to spam the SHADE all you want, I'd say that this is a functional AC.
