Your AC design is slowly moving towards the archetypal energy-efficient light-midweight humanoid. I guess it's a phase for most players. One of my earliest LR designs (http://ravenrepublic.net/forums/showthread.php?tid=175 ) also fell into this very archetype. As it is, you're actually already using really good parts. PIXIE3 is a fine weapon if you know how to play with the range. R2 might be easier to use though (and it's one of the best guns in the game).
