I don't mind since i don't even really know myself what position i went in there for. 
No, seriously, i really don't know. I inquired a month or so ago about any openings from this company and was told to fax in a copy of my resume and that they would be the ones to determine which branch or department would be best suited for me. The nervousness and anxiety i suffered from came from the fact that this particular company is and always has been one of the largest corporations in the country. They did say though, that chances are, i'd best be utilized in one of their contact centers, albeit in a non-phone position.
