I'd like to be a part-modder, or some sort of engineer guy who does it for a hobby.
As a man who relies on data and numbers, he's not much piloting-wise. Should he have time to prepare for a face-off he'd probably create a setup that is an exact metagame to his opponent. A fan, but not a practitioner of high-level piloting.
Most of the time he just works on boosting specs or creating interesting AC setups with no real intent in using them. Possibly because of this he has gained a reputation of being an excellent mechanic and has been sought after by many ravens who wish to sharply increase the performance of their machines.
This character is motivated by either challenges to his skills as a systems developer or by anybody who can help him in his random experiments.
