After a week of not being able to run due to a badly scraped knee (no street lights+speed bumps+concrete=OUCH), I finally managed to get back on my 5 km jog.
RAVE:
Cleared the run in 41:12.9
Not much, but a personal best. I shaved off more than a minute from my previous run a week ago.
RAVE 2: Dropped nearly 10 lbs without noticing in 2 weeks. Not dehydration, since I downed 3 glasses of H20 before stepping on the scale.
In case anybody's wondering why I'm torturing myself, I'm joining the Pasig marathon this November 8. To be more specific, the 5 km category.
