A major reason for my sort of recent preference for darker colored sneaks over white ones is because of how hard it is to clean whites.
Just read somewhere though that a great way to keep your whites fresh is by wiping them down with baby wipes every time after wearing them. I just tried it out and it really works great.
It'll save a lot of scrubbing in the long run.
EDIT: Wiping them down with WINDEX works too.
Note that this only applies to sneaks with leather uppers. If it's canvas, suede, etc., this doesn't apply obviously.
