I've been reading a lot of message boards where they're really careful about extra cheap sneakers... especially ones from China. I know that Supras and Claes, which obviously aren't as mainstream as Nike etc., get bootlegged too. 
Then again, if they can bootleg stealth bombers and bullet trains, they can bootleg pretty much anything.
