I'd say, we're pretty lucky here. 'Net still worked well, no power outage, sa 4th floor kami nakatira sa condominium, and at most, a couple of inches of floodwater made it to the condo's ground floor. Deepest point of the flood was near the waist here, and the flood's receding quite quickly.
Office complex of Century Park Hotel is underground, so I guess that's why my mom's sleeping at the hotel today. I guess their offices are doomed for now.
I'm sorta glad I didn't decide to go to Taft a short while after the rain started. Siguro kung pumunta ako dun, nasa internet cafe pa rin ako hanggang ngayon.
That's assuming that there are other players to PVP with, and there are no hiccups in the cafe's operation.
Then again, ang bilis naubos ng food sa 7-11, even some of the other shops downstairs only had instant noodles and junk food remaining >_>
On another note, I wonder how Jobet is doing o__o
