Yeah, I've already eaten in a few really good Korean restos. There's a street here that's literally filled with Korean restos.
There are a LOT of sushi restaurants here. Salmon and halibut is pretty cheap, tuna is a bit more expensive. I only know of two eat all you can places for sushi and sashimi. The food absolutely sucks. Saisaki is even better
Generally, a la carte sushi is very good though.
Oh, and the Chinese food is great too.

how bout eat all you can sushi? i'm sure the seafood is of excellent quality since Vansterdam is on the coastline.
