Ting Bros, since you asked for comments, here I go:

Mark, wow, I can't believe how incredibly skewed your defense was towards shell. Your mid almost had heavyweight-class shell def! Try the GIBBON arms though if you want to balance out the defense a bit more.
Personally, here's how I'd have this AC:

EYE (0,0,6,4,0)
U2 (0,0,4,6,0)
A72F (0,3,0,7,0) or GIBBON (0,4,6,0,0)
S2 (0,0,4,6,0)
VULT2 (0,3,4,3) --- but your (0,6,0,4) is perfectly fine too.

G91 (0,8,2) or even (0,7,3) so that you don't need the EC OP anymore if you really want a bigger cap.

Andrew, your AC's pretty much the same as my BADONG, but I'd just tune it differently. IMO, the gain in speed isn't worth the losses in some other aspects.
