Now if the student start giggling, chalk it up to immaturity. This says far more about their state of mind than it does about your subject matter.

Yeah, that's the point. I don't really have any difficulties about explaining things like that and I can pretty much explain it scientifically (since I came from a medical course anyway), but for some reason I can already see how my classmates will react by just saying the word "masturbation", which makes reporting quite a pain in the arse with added unnecessary noise, and I don't like waiting 'til everybody settles down.

If only I could tell them straight how immature they can get if they react and think it's funny, but hey I'm not making enemies at the moment.

Now it has evolved into a rant.
