Rant: Ugh, I think I hurt my knee during kicking practice - mistimed a strike on the heavy bag 
Rant: Trying a new set of drill to build up foot speed. Coach placed 5-pound weight on my ankles, and made me do 150 kicks per leg. I pulled the muscle after the exercise.
