The SELENA is just an AC mascot. No pilot data or anything else involving the plot. It was just an AC3 variation of AC2/AA and AC1's red AC in the intro.
It has a powerful bazooka on the right arm and an energy shield on the left. Also equipped with a large orbit cannon (aka funnels/bits/dragoons) on the back portion. Its core has two EO (exceed orbit, bits/funnels/etc) units and both fire like an energy bazooka.
