The spot where the atheist's plague was set up isn't religiously exclusive - any faith is allowed to put up their corresponding decorations for the holidays. While I don't exactly agree with atheists on all issues, I strongly believe that they have as much right was we do to free speech.
That includes the right to protection from persecution, such as having their sign stolen.
