For this year, mine are some simple ones:
1. When working, actually do work instead of dicking around/refreshing internet pages. Hard, but totally worth it.
2. When starting a project, actually finish it. Again, hard for me, but everyone's gotta make their minds about this sometime if they actually want a productive life.
3. Less refreshing of internet pages. Whereas before it'd be like, checking my email / RR every 5-10 minutes, this time I'll try to lower it to about 4-5 hours.
4. Be more punctual and cut less classes. Two months of school to go, so I'd better make the most of it already.
5. Get more exercise. Since I stopped rowing I'd gotten into pretty bad shape. Although our couch looks mighty inviting, pushups, situps, weights and running are the real way to go.
Cheers 2008. May I see my resolutions come true.
EDIT: 6. Play more games instead of refreshing internet pages.
