I recently finished watching Bartender on Crunchyroll.com. It's a fantastic anime, IMO. It's not about a Cooking Master Boy/Yakitate Japan-theme for alcoholic drinks, but a bartender who helps his customers get through problems by talking to them and serving them superb drinks. There's no need to be someone who drinks or has knowledge of alcoholic beverages to appreciate the anime, but it'd be much better to do so. It's a short series (11 episodes), but well worth watching.
