Blame Sforzando for the following review style (it kinnda rubbed off on me somehow XD)

ARMS: A94FL- How does the A72F sound? It balances out the high EN defense the design currently has with a lot of shell defense (you roughly lose 50 EN defense, but you gain around 150 shell defense. Not to mention the AP, and EN drain buffs you get in the process.

GENERATOR: MAGNOLIA - if you intend on keeping the BIRDIE, you might as well maximize your EN output by putting either the KONGOH or the KUJAKU .It still runs very cool with the KUJAKU even in conjunction with the HAZEL radiator.

RIGHT ARM: ROC3 - I'd prefer the ROC4 for its huge ammo and kill power, or the much accurate DEMON pulse rifle. I'm not saying the ROC3 is a bad choice, in fact its pretty good, and I'm merely mentioning some alternatives. In addition, the DEMON has a much higher damage rate and accuracy than the ROC3, though I think the later is a compromise between the ROC4's endurance and damage rate and the DEMON/ROC2's accuracy, so in the end its up to you.

LEFT ARM: M2 - I honestly don't like the gun because of its huge spray pattern. IMO, the NIX is a superior choice over the M2 or maybe even the SYLPH (Just take it out of the hanger and put something else in perhaps?).

BACK RADAR: RA2- I really like this radar set as it zooms in at around 200-250 range where combat usually takes place. It pretty much keeps tab on your opponent's every move.

I see the design as a short-range AC relying a lot on the booster's acceleration for its defensive movements. Offense depends a lot on the missiles and the accurate Pulse Rifle, while defensive armaments include the MG which I think is designed to deter any close range encounters that an opponent might think of. There's still the inherent problem that it does not go fast enough to back away in a tight spot, but I think you're well aware of this risk when you designed the AC, just be careful and be constantly aware whenever your opponent decides to go in close in order for you to maintain a proper distance for your weapons. Overall, the lack of long range weapons and limited top speed might hurt this design against dedicated distance control specialists, though I think it will fair very well against rushers as most of its weapons are geared for a CQ environment. Coupled with the good acceleration, the AC should have a greater chance of dodging some of the more accurate projectiles at ranges where other boosters would have a difficult time avoiding such projectiles.

EDIT: On a side note, how were you able to add the music in the vid?

Also, PIXIE3 + ROC4 sounds nasty as a weapon combo you might be interested in.
