I don't know if in this stage my advise will be able to help you, but ridiculously as it sounds try boiling the cd(I know it sounds crazy). I once watched my classmate did this method, in his ps2 cds and my reply was as good as yours(WTF) it worked. In disbelief I tried it on one of my non working pc cds.. it worked..
BTW imersing your dvd in boiling water for 1 min, let the exess water drip, then punasan ng lint-free anti-static basahan.
