Yeah, so once again homebrew (and open-source!) games one-up commercial ones.

Grid Wars is Mark Incitti's version of the commercially available Geometry Wars for the XBox. Basically it's a shoot 'em up, which I know many here would like. Screen says it all: neon polygons against a black background = chaos = <3. This got so popular that Bizarre (the original developer of Geometry Wars) asked Mr. Incitti to take the game down from his site. But as always, Google has the answer.
Challenge is variable, but suffice it to say I stayed up until 4 AM earlier just playing the crap outta this game. The best part about it is that it's only a wee 3 megs, making it a very portable "killer app." My current high score is 1,575,200.
