Dual hand railguns... with OB... potential? I don't think so.
For one, even the Lotus can't hold that much pressure on it's energy reserves, even with the EC. G91 would make you wait for a long time while it's recharging it's reserves. And using the Kongoh with OB is just a bad idea in general. The heat would kill you.
And another thing, the Python's image is seriously blown-up by the game, just because Cascade Range uses it doesn't mean it's a great weapon. In fact, it's one of the mediocre ones. Poor damage ability, average accuracy (and below average accuracy for a railgun), pretty wonky overall. It's like a seriously downgraded Ladon. On the other hand, that doesn't mean it can't be used for fun. But I digress.
Even though using energy extensions would help, from what I've seen and played of this game, it's only really viable for one energy weapon + OB, tops. Two would be pushing it, extremely.
