Added two more skins: Hardwired, and LiteSkin.

Hardwired you may recognize from the skin of the (still-not-up) gallery.

LiteSkin sports a funky posting setup where all our details are on the right... I swear I didn't know this before putting it in (because it kinda looks like RH's previous skin).

EDIT: The new skins aren't really 'RR-ized' Tongue for now. Until I find time to fix them, that's how they're going to be. Also, I removed some of the skins which aren't that good after all. A second look at LiteSkin found that it didn't load that quick. The original Invision Power Board skin (the very first choice on the skin dropdown) still loads the fastest.
