Chemlab - Chemical Halo is great for when you're in a slow AC, blowing quite literally EVERYTHING to pieces. In other words, LX-whores would love this.
Acumen Nation - Ventilator is perfect in the fight against Evangel Pulverizer.
Motoi Sakuraba - The Divine Spirit of Language (from Star Ocean 3) is nice for any AC battle, period. It also looks like AC4 will go even better with it.
Motoi Sakuraba - Motoi Sakuraba Piano Solo Tune (same game) would make perfect ending music. Or maybe I just REALLY like piano solos.
Most of the ground battle music from Drakengard is perfect for any bit of Armored Core. In particular, the music from the Imperial Capital (Chapter 8, I think) while on the ground fits any Pulverizer fight.
God Module - Ever After is nice when you're fighting Jack-O.
The first three missions, IMO, have a more epic feel to them than the rest of the game. Accordingly, I say The Lord Wierd Slough Feg - High Season II is perfect.
In Sight Hawk's mission with suicide bombers, I love Chemlab - Rivet Head. It gets the feeling of pure frustration across quite well.
Chemlab - Suicide Jag is a lovely piece. Most of the Arena fights (EX or VR) go well with it.
Also, the fight with Evangel Pulverizer had some music I love for no reason other than the technical difficulty that had to be involved in making it. I'm a musician, I appreciate that kind of stuff.
If you'd like, I can go through every mission I've completed and find the perfect song for it (to be honest I'd like to do that).
