A 'sleeper hit' is a pretty subjective category to use for listing games... but here I go anyway.
In no particular order:
1. Shadow Hearts: New World
2. Haunting Ground
3. Sniper Elite
4. Chaos Legion
5. God Hand
6. Disgaea: Hour of Darkness
7. Steambot Chronicles
8. MS Saga: A New Dawn
9. Killzone (multiplayer = WIN)
10. SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS, the most beautiful game of all time
