Change the COUGAR legs to either the S3 or COUGAR2.
S3 = Lots of defense, great durability and overall stats.
COUGAR2 = Less weight and EN drain, still maintains good defenses.
Also, since you're using the PIXIE2/PIXIE3 for your primary arm weapon, you might want to consider a left-hand weapon that has both a lenghty combat duration and great complimentary power.
R3 = 100 shots of spam-tastic goodness. A popular balanced choice.
SYLPH = A small michinegun with awesome power. Average duration.
ROC4 = Lots of firepower per-shot, and tons of ammo. Low range.
DRAGON = Lasts long, compliments few weapons. (Only use with EN weapon optionals)
You might want to change your arms to FL is you want a tad more cooling, less EN consumption, and defense. More weight, but if you make some of the suggested changes from the posts on this topic, that shouldn't be an issue at all.
