I truly agree with Mix and Nix on what they said before...
I should because I live there...

Maybe the shockwave did a little something to their brains...

Now... Back to the topic...
So yeah, us Filipino's are still far behind the 4thGen, I also agree that Filipino's -well most AC players at least... But not us- suck at designing...

But, being natural brawlers, some of those players weak at designing are -believe it or not- good operators, just find the right AC for them and give them proper training and there we go...

It's more like an effect of playing games with limited possiblities that gave them that characteristic...
