1. ox tail in peanut sauce and vegetables
2. chopped pork cooked in it's own blood
3. beef cooked in liver sauce
4. pig's snout, ears and brain cooked with pepper, onions and garlic served in a metal plate
5. cow's tongue cooked with garlic and mushrooms
6. stuffed milkfish
7. chocolate flavored rice porridge
8. goat meat half cooked in vinegar
9. taro flavored ice cream
