I've given some suggestions as to what you could use without straying away from the original design.
The first thing I noticed about the posted design was that the laser blade wasn't in the hanger, so I placed it there and gave some ideas for what could be on the outside in its place. (If you want to get the blade out as fast as possible use the HP, and if you'd rather wait awhile use the 69H.)
If your AC is capable of running BIRDIE2 + LOTUS + HAZEL effectively, by all means go for it. The base weight of the AC is light enough to be effective with that kind of setup. Try to keep everything as light as possible to compliment the speed, but don't overdo it.
Have fun.
(And no, I am not paying attention to the optionals at all. I haven't played AC:LR in awhile and forgot how many slots they take. The first 5 are a must though.)
